Very nice hotel and casino. The rooms are super nice, the bed was ultra soft, and the room was very clean. The water pressure and temperature was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. They had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, Bagels, fresh hot cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, tea and milk.

Average hotel in an above average location. It's a little close to Hwy 101 so rooms on that side experience a little noise. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful except for one particular breakfast hostess...you should steer clear of her.

Great service and location, best place to stay by the Redwoods. However, the refrigerator in our room was unplugged when we arrived. Once we got it powered up and cooled down, it sounded possessed. Upon leaving the following morning at 5am the elevator was out of service. Carrying the luggage and cooler down all the stairs was not fun. Casino will be glad to take all your money too.

This was a fairly new hotel. All equipment worked as it should. The hotel was clean and well-kept. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet and dark when drapes were closed.

The room did not have receptacles and USB ports on bedside lamps, tables, or in the headboards. We have found to be useful and common lately, even in older, less costly hotels. Outlets were adequate, so, though nice, we wouldn't de-rate the hotel for not having them.

The included breakfast was excellent. Pancakes, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk, toast/bagels, pastries/muffins, biscuits/gravy, hssh brown potatoes, and more were available each of our three days. Bacon, sausage patties, and sausage links were available on alternating days.

Less expensive accommodations were available a few miles down the road in Crescent City. But, considering the proximity to the center of Redwood National and State Parks attractions, we are satisfied with our choice to stay here.

One drawback for some folks might be the lack of close eateries. There are not many choices here. Many choices exist in Crescent City. We simply adjusted our schedule to eat prior to coming back to the proximity of the hotel. We did eat at a bar and grill diagonally across from the hotel and enjoyed their burgers and fries.

Great Hotel and Casino … the Hotel as a heated pool and gym …the Hotel included the Breakfast wich in mi opinion is one the best i be staying…
The location is just minutes away to the Mystery of trees…
Highly recommend this place …

Hotel was nice. However I was surprised at the available restaurants. There were only two in town, and all they had was bar food 😞.
