This is a quaint little park in a great location. It's quiet even though it is just around the corner from Highway 80. Easy access to the hwy both directions. This park is also right across the street from In-n-Out Burger. Lots of trees in the park give it a peaceful environment.

A small slice of Old Davis, near the train station. The residents are great and the manager Leilani does a good job of watching over the park. I liked living here .

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Worst company ever, the parks are only great because of the families that live in it. This company will try to scam you out of as much money possible until you notice. Out of the millions of managers we have gone through we’ve had maybe 2 that are good and actually care. Wish I had something nicer to say.

I have lived here for over 8 yrs this is the worst experience.. My bills are incorrect they have charged me 408 for electricity and will not answer the phone and the mailbox is full also didn't get my bill till yesterday and found it taped to my front door. With a late fee and they never gave me a bill on the first of the month. Sadly I own my place but am now talking to a lawyer and trying to move as this place is awful. I am disabled and am low income with a pge special rate. So why 408 miss read by unqualified park personal and no management on site ever. Don't recommend living in this highly unacceptable place..
