My wife and I were very impressed and satisfied with the good service of Country Club Village when we went for an in-person tour at the Country Club Village. We first met Ms. Michele and she was very enthusiastic in consulting and answering all our questions and concerns such as monthly utilities, rent fee, deposit fee, renter's insurance, application process, etc. Ms. Michele provided us useful information about the apartments so that we could know more about Country Club Village before choosing Country Club Village as a new home. Ms. Michele also instructed us to complete the application very quickly on that same afternoon. In addition, Ms. Lillie helped us a lot in continuing to complete the remaining steps of filling out the application then. The application process until official approval took less than one week. The day we had an appointment with Ms. Lillie to get the apartment key, we were stuck terribly in the traffic for more than 3 hours. Ms. Lillie stayed late at the office to wait for us to arrive to hand over the apartment key. We really appreciate the enthusiasm and kind support of Ms. Michele and Ms. Lillie. We are very thankful for Ms. Michele, Ms. Lillie's prompt fast attention and kind support to any maintenance issues that arose during our tenancy here.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the new lady office employee. Her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance, they were dismissive and condescending, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a tenant. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with important matters related to my living situation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more respectful and supportive environment for all tenants

Lived here for 14 months and loved my time at CCV. Michele and everyone in the office is great. Updated units, quiet complex. I was lucky to be in the back where it was private and peaceful.

Lilly in the office is very kind and communicative, I’m not sure who does the maintenance but I requested maintenance today and it got done today, thank you that’s excellent service. The area is pretty quiet, there’s times when it gets loud but that’s when the kids are at the pool but let them have their fun other than that it’s quite peaceful, overall I think I’m going to enjoy being here

Update 4/24
I got a letter saying i was sent to collections when i thought this matter was laid to rest. There own employee advised me i was owed money, after months of chasing them down their accounting says they charged me incorrectly in the beginning so i owe them. Mind you, the office manager Michelle said I shouldn’t have been charged for the paint job because my apartment was SHOT UP but that’s the $200 fee they sent me to collections over. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Moved out at the end of September and they first tried to bill me for an amount i did not owe. I called and advised that they miscalculated my deposit, had them check the receipts, but now that they owe me money they will not get back to me. All this after i had to move out because a bullet went through my living room wall (#84) and they offered me no assistance until i let them know i was vacating and they quickly called me to offer a cheaper unit in a different area.

Let me start with both of the ladys that handle the office. They are very professional and very very friendly. They where so helpful and patient are the only reason i am currently a resident at country club apts.
The process for me was long 4 months because i had a situation with my credit, and they easily could have just not approved and bye, but instead stayed with me while i got it removed and then approved. They changed my move in date several times to best help me and also worked on getting a downstairs unit ready for me when i needed because due to a disability i have.
I have not been here long but can say the complex is kept very clean and i can see with notices on vehicles they will not allow the complex turn into a auto junk yard.
I am thankful to be here and am very comfortable with the safety and security of not only myself but my children when they come visit.
