I recently had my phone repaired at ubreakfix at Costa Mesa and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and transparent. My phone had a cracked screen and battery issues, but they fixed it quickly, and now it works like new!

Customer service wasn’t very good, first came in and they took forever to acknowledge us. Then I was told by them it would be ready by a specific date so when I had someone go in to grab my console, they then told them it wasn’t ready and to come back another date for it to be ready. We left came back on said date and it still wasn’t ready. When it was finally ready it was apparently unfixable. When we picked up my console they then tried to sell an insurance for my unfixable console. My recommendation is find another place this isn’t my first time having issues with this store specifically

Amazing job! Inside screen of my Fold 6 stopped working and they replaced it flawlessly. Having Samsung Care Plus is a 10/10 would definitely recommend. The team at this location is friendly and well trained/informed. My phone looks brand new. Thanks fellas!

While polite, you would be wise to make a noise or holler to let them know you are there.
There was a question about insurance and he just basically explained the cost difference with or without it for the repair. No efforts made to check.
Went directly to AT&T and was informed he would have access to that information.
Regardless, ended up filing a claim and got a newer model.
Probably won't return.
Again, he was polite. Just seemed like he didn't care to make much effort.
I did more to try and resolve the problem on my own.

Ahmad was fast and professional in helping me replace a phone screen. They back their repairs with a 6 month defect warranty. They also have a neat lobby for guests waiting for the repairs. Only took them about 35 minutes.

Replaced my Galaxy Fold5 inner screen protector here, and it started to come off the day after.

They said they would charge me to replace it again, since they do not offer a warranty for their work with that screen protector.

Another uBreakiFix location offered to do it at a much lower cost than this location, so I recommend you shop around - they are inconsistent and do not have clear prices for their work.
