Markus is fantastic!! Game was amazing! I don’t think I have ever had this much fun let alone make it through with such a cool crew in such a short amount of time! And no, not because it’s easy but because something just clicked with the group!

We did the Game On! Unlocked Arcade room. It was such a fun room and very on theme. Loved all the nostalgic games in there. It definitely worked our brain! Our Game master, Red, was amazing ! She made the game very fun and even let us stay longer to figure out the games! Def recommended!

We're escape room newbies that decided to do something together for some birthdays and holidays and did the Arcade room. Perfect theme for a bunch of friends that worked together at a video game company and we all loved the little games and puzzles. Most importantly we managed to escape!

Kim was our game master and she was great and joked with us throughout the experience and put up with all our nonsense, so much appreciated! We definitely want to come back and do another.

We had a lot of fun. It was a good room for 4 people.

I would suggest that the songs be updated for younger people, and that the audio be clearer/ have sub titles for people with hearing issues. Our group was fine. But we noted what could be an issue.

Our fourth time with Unlocked but first since merged with Puzzle Workshop and again it was awesome!!! We traveled through time and even though it was difficult, it was the fun kind of difficult! Marcus was an amazing GameMaster with helpful clues and direction. Great room, puzzles, decorations and story throughout, as we’ve come to expect. Also Marcus let us pick prizes for escaping and that was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Marcus and Unlocked/Puzzle Workshop!

We did Against Us room. Awesome experience! Thank you so much Markus. Group up 8 had an amazing time. I recommend this place highly. Top notch customer service as well. If we're ever in the area again we will book again!
