This place was phenomenal! Enchanting atmosphere, excellent service and amazing options! I wish I could come here everyday. This is a Haven for the creative. If you're a cosplayer, lover of fantasy, D&D, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Dr Who, Star Wars and more, this is your new obsession. They have amazing drinks and ice cream for now with plans for expanding the menu to more food options and alcoholic beverages. This place has a hidden door where people can indulge in gaming and more. Every square inch of this place is a feast for the eyes! A great place to bring kids until 9pm. It's a little hard to find, which makes it even more unique, like only those who are non muggles can find the door with the sign for 9&3/4's and once you do you'll be rewarded with an adventure of an evening!

Honestly, this place has such a cool concept and is well-decorated. The drinks are awesome and have cool concepts, especially the Prophecy which has a smoke bubble on top. I also love that you can change the sugar level to either 50% or 0% and the 0% honestly tastes perfect.

The staff are friendly and really good with children. They wear fun costumes and have elf ears, adding to the vibes.

Only downside is that when we went, they appeared understaffed or the table system was poorly managed.

There were 2 servers for 6 tables, which sounds reasonable, but with the "Wizard Experience" that requires 5-10 minutes per table to explain and conduct, service became quite slow.

We got there at 7 PM and there were a couple empty tables, but we weren't seated or talked to for a good 10 minutes as the staff seemed to scramble to seat us.

We had wanted to do the Wizard Experience as well, but it took too long (waited 45+ minutes) so we opted for just the drinks.

Definitely still a cool experience but perhaps having more staff members or not coming on an event night (at least I think it was?) would have helped.

Also wish we could have seen the back room or done a flight of options without having to pay $100 and become a member since we were visiting not from the LA area.

Drinks are also on the pricier side ($11-14) but they tasted pretty good and one is paying for the experience

My wife and I took our family in here based on a few good reviews and some really neat picts. We had no idea how amazing and awesome this experience would be. There were 7 of us, and we all had a mind-blowing good time. Our drinks and ice cream were absolutely perfection in a glass. The servers and management were warm, friendly, and made this visit a great experience. The decor is eclectic, to say the least. You feel transported to a realm filled with wonder and magic. Every nook and cranny is filled with something wondrous to behold. There are secrets everywhere so come spend some time here. Our experience was nothing short of magical!

Super fun place to have a boba tea! Love the theme! Service is great and they stay in character! We got there at 10:00pm on a Friday. Best part was just looking at all the different movie props and then doing the wizards test ? definitely recommend!

This space is truly a hidden gem for any fantasy fanatic! The drinks were absolutely amazing and the ice cream was delicious. But the real draw to this place is the atmosphere! So many amazing movie collectibles, and little hidden easter eggs throughout the space! The wait staff are all dressed up and super in character and friendly. We really enjoyed this place! Can't wait for the secondary bar room and dungeon to open later

This place is simply amazing. A gem in a world of minimalist Grey's and beige. This place transports you into the world of fantasy. It's warm and inviting. The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. The girl who helped us cosplaying as Bulma had amazing enegry! It would be my dream to work here. The tea is high quailty and will blow your mind. I'm very picky about tea and this place is worth it. One day I will get a membership.

We arrived at 11pm & were told they close in 5 minutes but Google said they’re open until 11:30pm on Saturday. We felt rushed & right after making a to-go order, our waitress was quick to kick us out. We overheard her yelling at her colleague for letting us in .. very unprofessional. It’s a cool venue & fun place (it seems) but customer service could be better. Not sure if they allow an adjustment in sweetness level, but be warned they’re quite sweet .. unlike their one staff member.
