I've been here for ten plus years. Nothing was fixed, rent was raised and was yelled at that I'm not allowed to use the water we pay for,. Or the water better not run on the empty space next door...

The best neighbors you could ever hope to have! Well managed, he seems cold at first, but he's truly a good man, just trying to do a hard job. He does it well. GREAT PEOPLE, isn't that what home is really about?

I just moved here from the Bay Area almost 3wks ago. I realized i'm on the family side, not use 2 kids but? The kids are pretty much good kids! It's kept clean & run very well! Being at this park? Theres been no problems I no of its fairly peaceful.;2 Bill the onsite manager keeps a tite ship. Bad behavior is NOT tolerated. The people I've met so far are good people nice & helpful

We went to view a place here and my toddler found used hypodermic needles on the porch. The manager was walking around drinking at 9 in the morning.
