I just moved to the Valley a few months ago, and hadn't really been gaming too much until I found this place. It's a great environment with lots of accomodations. They even have snacks and drinks to keep you going as long as you'd like. I was actually invited by a friend, so I will definitely be doing the same.

Been coming here for at least 5 - 6 months. I have nothing negative to say, it’s exciting, lively sometimes but overall if you don’t own a system like me and live locally, this spot provides everything you need to have a high gaming experience. They provide quality internet, wide variety of games to choose from and even controllers for those who need them. Environment is a modern clean one that’s colorful often having people I FaceTime while inside wonder where I am and how come they weren’t invited lol..

IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND MACHINES ITS NOT A RIGHT PLACE
I’ve been going here for the last 1 and a half year… because in the area it is a pretty affordable place. Every 2 days there is a problem with computer. You pay for 10 hour pack and for example today it was lagging soooo bad (because of their mining or the machines got to weak) that you’re in the middle of the clutch and everything just freezes and you get killedsometimes you get kicked out of the game and have to restart the computer and can’t reconnect to the game SO you get BANNED FOR 30 min or 2 hours! (CS2) And so YOU’RE SITTING THERE waiting
NOT ONLY ME WAS lagging HARD BUT EVERYONE IN THERE and I told admin about this issue, he said he can’t do anything about it which I understand but he said he’s gonna talk to a manager! It’s been 7 hours that I’ve been playing that day and NOTHING HAS CHANGED I KEEP ON LAGGING IN EVERY GAME!!! WASTED MONEY IN MY OPINION!

I was a very frequent client of this network of clubs. But about 2 weeks later they made an update that deletes all downloaded games after leaving the session, they removed the disk on which you could download the game without deleting it. For what?! And now it turns out that in order for me to play the game, I need to wait an hour for it to download. Since I visited them almost every day, this is unacceptable to me. Now they force you to play only what they have installed (about 50 games in total). And it's very sad

I'm trying this place again, my first visit was smooth, pleasant, and worth waiting for my game to download. this review is aimed more towards the general players there and not the e-lounge directly but more so the rules that no one seems to care about, or if there are even any rules. expect people to be extremely rude and demand you sit elsewhere, in my case, I was insulted, threatened, and told racial slurs, not the experience I was expecting. Signs explaining to players that seating arrangements are for everyone or that rude behavior or lack of courtesy should be enforced. Unsure if future visits will be worth it.

The worst computer cobe I've been in. I will never come here. I had a very unpleasant experience. First I'll tell you about him, then about computers.
I wanted to play my favorite game. I was told that the installation of the game would be deducted from my playing time. I sat for more than 3 hours while waiting for the game to install. I first tried to play other games during the installation, but since the Internet was very slow, I didn't just have to wait. After installing the game, I played for 2 hours and went home. The next day I came in and the game was deleted. At first, the administrator said that no one had deleted the game and I had confused the computer. After he made sure that the game was deleted, he said that he could not do anything and it was not his fault that sometimes the game could delete itself. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE HEARD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE THAT THE GAME CAN BE REMOVED BY ITSELF. Then he said I should write to support. I wrote to support - no one even answered me. After I waited an hour while he was trying to restore the game or find deleted files, I said I wasn't going to wait that long and I wanted the money back. As a result, I had to wait a long time, after which they handed me the phone and said on the phone that they would return only $ 35 of the $ 47 that I spent. It was the worst computer club experience. I came out with a spoiled mood, a loss of time and money. As for the computers themselves, they are not bad. But the system blocks are under your feet - so it's very uncomfortable to sit. Little legroom. The headphones were non-working, but they were changed for me. The screen clip is located at the top of the mouse - so the mouse was also uncomfortable.

I wish I don’t have to come here but this the only place I know of and that happens to be 2 min away from me. There’s always something broken either the chair, mouse, keyboard, or headphones. After wasting 15 min of getting everything set up, the game starts lagging or the computer shuts off. It brings me so much joy on the rare occasions that everything is actually working the way it should be.
