My son and I drove 1 1/2 to come to this store because the old owner was nice and they had just remolded it. My son bought a game and a controller that he can’t use because, it’s rusted in the inside and the game he bought for $28 doesn’t even work it’s for a European console. We only found out after driving home and nothing was working. So we went to Game Stop and the clerk open the disc and told us we can’t use that here in the USA?. Not to mention I’ve been calling their number all day and no one is answering the phone. I will drive back to get my sons money back but I will not purchase from here again.

I’ve been coming to this store since forever. They are fairly priced. It’s obvious that prices differ from games to games. Possibly a game might not work properly but that comes with buying used games. I want to rate them a 5 star because a lady came with her dad today calm at first but quickly escalated the situation about a game she had bought like 2 months ago and now finding out that it doesn’t work. She started to take comments out of hand and started to threaten them with a bad review. So this is me trying counter her bad review because this is a small business and are in business for a long time for a reason.

I also forgot to mention they banned from the store because I wanted to return a game I bought 1 month ago. And I did call them that same day that I found out it didn't work. And after they refunded me they banned Me I always went there to buy things from them and they treat there loyal customers like this

Do not buy from this store! SCAMMERS! I’m pregnant and been put off work for health issues. My boyfriend tried to do something nice to help my morale while stuck at home not able to do much, so he bought the new model X-box and several games from this store to try to cheer me up. Spent over $500 last night and when he got home and set it up, the x-box is broken. It wasn’t brand new as advertised, someone had previously broken the hdmi connection in the console. He called them this morning and they told him they would give him a refund and to bring it down. He drove 45 mins only to be told that they wouldn’t refund it but offered to fix the broken console (they sold him) for an extra almost hundred dollars! Absolutely ridiculous and immoral. This shop is as shady as it gets. I would recommend going literally anywhere else. Do not purchase here, they are thieves. My boyfriend is an avid gamer and would have continued spending a sizable amount of money here if they weren’t such thieves. Scamming hard earned money from honest people is just so wrong on many levels. I will also be reporting this business to the better business bureau and if they have scammed you I strongly suggest you do the same.

Avoid this store, brought a couple games up and the guy ignored stickered prices and started to check his phone for ebay prices. Planned to charge to me those instead. I just walked out, I'd rather just buy from ebay, what's the point of a local store that ignores sticker prices and just charges the same as ebay?

The store is fine, it's very clean and nice selection of games. But the prices are outrageous. Shadow The Hedgehog for the original xbox is 50 bucks and Breath of the wild on Wii U for 54.

I bought my game boy Advance sp and game cube, here, the store clerk is confidence in his knowledge of games and console. They also fix old games. I'm going in to get my old copy of Pokémon Gold [ Gold 2000 ] fixed. They sell their game consoles at an understandably cost. Last thing the clerk when out of his way to help me understand the difference between a real and fake copy of an old pokemon game
