Very awesome place and very helpful, i had a family member have some things come up and he happened to have a couple old phones he wanted to try to sell to pay some medical bills so we decided to give the online purchasing a shot and wow what a suprise!! They are basically immediate to creating label n such and then its just about the seller to package and get it sent off then less than a week later was paid and my uncle was very happy and i am as well, i know exactly where ill be going to sell any future devices! And not to mention seemed to be the best priced place around, definitely like the website as well layed out nicely and made it easy, under 15 minutes had a quote and shipping label in hand and i definitely will be doing business with OCbuyback in the future!! I was anxious about sending in my phone and receiving the correct amount back. I was offered a fair amount, so I sent it in. They found the battery at less then 80% usable so reduced the amount a bit but still gave me a better price then several others. Very smooth and quick transaction.

Shipping was quick and easy. However, my product was in mint condition. It was literally brand new and only used once. They gave me less money because they said it had scratches, which was 100% false. This was a brand new PlayStation 5 used one time, and sent to them in its original packaging.

I sent them SE 2nd gen iPhone and estimated its condition as "like new." (Phone case and screen protector were on it entire life, and there were no flaws visible to naked eye.) They used a magnifying glass to find "minor scratches around phone camera" and knocked buy-back value down by $20. I feel cheated.
