I have to admit that I did not know what to expect when I first visited this store and I have to say that I was absolutely delighted once I first walked through those doors. I travel a lot for work and just happened to see this store and wondered what it was; I went in and saw a ton of beautifully built computers and a ton of amazing equipment to go with them.

The computers are well built, looking at the specs I was quite impressed with the towers and even more so with the full setup; the monitors they use are beautiful, the desk with the full mats work very well with the mouse and keyboards and they even have different controllers that you can use depending on your playstyle. One of the things that I loved the most were the chairs, I use a lot of computer chairs in my profession and own a few different gaming chairs, but nothing that compares to the ones they have here. I would absolutely love to have one of those chairs.

I enjoyed atmosphere of this place very much, everything from the helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, to the lighting and color themes, and so much more. I love how attentive the staff is and how they keep the place impeccably clean, which I know is a very important factor in these times that we are going through.

There is a nice variety of consoles and pcs to choose from and a nice gaming selection to go with it. I only had a couple of hours to play there when I went, but I wish I could have stayed for a lot longer, it was very nice to sit down, relax, and just game like there was nothing else I needed to worry about and to say this was exactly what I needed after a long day of work is a bit of an understatement. The only stress in this environment is the good stress from wanting to game well. They also have a couple of party rooms and a streaming setup that looks like it would be fun to use, they have a lot of great equipment here and you can tell that quality and performance are definitely top of mind with setting up their stations.

I do plan to visit here more often when traveling for work and who knows, maybe I'll take a day off and come up here to get that full day of gaming that I desire. Hopefully I can post some helpful pictures later and update my review.

I want to give a big thank you to Ellis, Tommy, and the rest of the crew for making my visit a very pleasant one and I hope to see you all again real soon.

Update:
I love being to go here after I get off work. It has an amazing atmosphere that just helps me relax and is a well deserved treat for adulting for the day. The staff here is amazing and continues to provide excellent service. I feel sad that I only get to work nearby here a few times a month, but you can guarantee that I will always make time to treat myself to a few hours of fun before traveling back. Thank you guys for providing an amazing outlet to unwind and enjoy some much needed me time. I highly recommend this place and the many ways they have to stay entertained! As promised, I added a few photos from a recent visit, sorry if they don't provide an accurate view of how great this place is, I'm terrible with photography.

Love this place! Great staff too?
If you need your computer repaired or built THIS is the place to go! Unbelievable skill and service. Michael went above and beyond. My son's computer was a disaster...almost completely inoperable and he got it running again like it's brand new. The dedication, customer service, value, knowledge & quality is unmatched.

Great, fun place to game for me and my son!! ....the Grid also has awesome computer techs on staff, who know their stuff. They built a very custom gaming PC very fast and affordable. For all things gaming, look no further. Thanks Michael for a great experience!!

I booked the private rooms and hosted a small, socially distant birthday party for my husband! The space was perfect and everything ran really well. The staff was awesome & so helpful. We played Minecraft on a shared server- but had other games up and running too so there was something to appeal to everyone. Some of our attendees had kids, and they had an absolute blast (and were easy to keep track of, haha).

In all, it was a fantastic venue for my husband's birthday! He loved it!

Good setups and reasonable prices for general admission. Lack of licensed games is really unfortunate. You'll either need your own account and copies of games or play the f2p offerings. The biggest snag in our experience, however, was having to wait for the game to update which cuts into your paid playtime.

I came in last week for the first time and had a positively lovely experience! The atmosphere was great, and Logan did a wonderful job answering my endless questions. I would definitely come back as a result of the kind staff šŸ™‚

Love this place!! Had an amazing time there. They have great equipment! The only two improvements I would say is make it a tad cheaper per hour. (Many younger college kids may not be able to afford it.) and also wish they had more game accounts that patrons could use to try out games before they buy, but I understand they just opened so this will be coming with time Iā€™m sure.
