I had them go to my dads to replace the radiator they took some screws and nuts off then they told me I needed a new fan and that they wanted to do it correctly. I gave them the money they quoted to repair the radiator since I would not be up there due to me working they said they would be back the next day to fix it this was the week before thanksgiving. They have not been back since. I have called them texted them when they answer/respond I get we will be there the next day well that has not happened. The last I spoke to them was Dec 14th I have texted since then and no response. I have called from different phones to and they won’t answer.
