Coffee is good. Better than Starbucks in my opinion. The atmosphere is nice. Service is pretty good but you really have to listen to them call out the orders or you won’t hear them and they don’t label the cups so it could literally anything in the cup.

I came over here the other day and Dyer was so charming and I loved her recommendation, she put me onnnnn. ? I'm a Russellville resident, but every time I'm in town with a friend we love to get a drink n a bite from here. As I write this, I'm looking forward to their upcoming seasonal menu!

THINK has a great atmosphere, but the experience was disappointing. The trash inside was overflowing, and the employees were more interested in their phones than serving customers. To make matters worse, there were gnats buzzing around, which was off-putting. I visited before noon, but the coffee was stale and overpriced and they were already out of some of their baked goods. I’d take Starbucks over this.

Everyone is always so welcoming. Truly amazing folks that work here. I went and grabbed an aunt Bethany and felt cracked out for hours after consuming this liquid gold beverage. 10 out of 10.

went to get my coffee, they made it & gave it to us. i had to ask if i was going to pay, she said oh yeah and then said she didnt have enough change & we were asked to leave our drinks on the counter.
i have never had a problem at any other location.
this was really disappointing because she counted the drawer plus a deposit bag & there was plenty of change.

Coffee is good but customer service is lacking. I wasn't greeted, and felt more like an interruption and inconvenience to the staff. Probably won't be back or will stick to the drive thru

Cute little place to sit down and drink some amazing coffee!! It's a good study spot, plus there's student discounts for college students!
