If you buy wireless headphones from this place. I highly suggest You verify they work before you leave the store, and they do what he say they do. On January the 5th 2023 I came in to buy a phone case for $39. He upsold me on a screen protector for $12 that he not $2 off of the purchase price And $65 TWS - 6 headphones. Up on him initially suggesting the headphones I told him I typically don't use headphones but my husband does. He sold me on the headphones when he stated that my husband and I could eachuse one of the headphones for our individual phones. Our phones arrived on 1/7/23. I took The headphones out to charge them on 1 8 23. At that time I noticed that the power button had been pushed way too far in on one of them. I brought the headphones back on Monday 1/9 or Tuesday 1/10. Showed him the issue and he exchanged them. I went to charge up the headphones on 1/11 Wednesday. Once charged I attempted to cut them on. The left earbud will not come on. I return the product on 1/23 Mon. Explain to him the issue. He tried to connect the original charger that came with the earbuds to 4 different boxes before he was able to even get it to charge or show charging. I Also told him there is no way and no option to try to use the Headphone separately. He tells me he will not exchange them he has already done one exchange. And I should have came back sooner. I purchased them 2 months ago. B/c it had to be back in December b4 he went back home on vaca. I reminded him the actual dates and of the tornado on 1/12 Thursday. He Stated he came back to work after the tornado. I could have returned after the tornado. And he Feels like I pushed the power button in on the 1st ones , but he didn't ask any questions (there was no need b/c i explained upon returning). He then proceeds to say that even if I would have bought the headphones today. Walked outside in the parking lot and they did not work. He would not provide a refund or an exchange. I then asked well since you were Able to fix the last ones I exchanged. Could you fix these ones? And I pay you. He says no. So once again, I highly suggest you verify the wireless headphones You purchase here works. Honestly, they are cheaper at Wal-Mart with a better guarantee.
