Hi! A tip for all the negative reviews. This is an adult industry e-commerce company. They have an employee who has a weekly task of reactivating accounts cancelled by the user without their knowledge or permission. Your best bet is to just cancel your credit card otherwise they will just keep reactivating your account. Sometimes you don't even need to intentionally purchase a membership to one of their adult sites, sometimes scanning something as simple as a QR code automatically signs you up. So just cancel your card.

They collect money but when it's wrong and u ask for a refund, they can't find any account associated with u, gave all the info of the payment, they still can't find anything but will gladly keep ur money. They just give u the run-a-round asking for the same info ya gave absolutely trash and morons I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. EDIT:
after back and forth with these idiots who keep telling me I have absolutely NO account with them they still take my money, again I have no account with them have been told many times and yet with all the bank info and screen shots of them segpay taking my money and yet they can't find the transaction or give me a refund. So at the end of the day SegPay are scammers and fraudsters. Highly recommend not to use or pay for anything that they are apart of. Absolute trash of a company.
