Sarah Flynn is a Lifesaver!

Honestly, buying a property while you're halfway across the country could've been a nightmare, but Sarah Flynn made it a walk in the park. Being from Ohio, hunting for that perfect view in Colorado was no small task, but Sarah was there every step of the way.

She's the real deal - organized, on time, and just plain good at what she does. I found her name when I was digging around online for properties in the Rockies. Once I got in touch with her, it was clear she knew her stuff.

It's amazing how easy she made the whole process feel. I've bought a few places in my time, but this was smooth sailing like I've never experienced before. Even though I was miles away, Sarah made me feel like I was right there in Colorado with her. She lined up all the inspections and financial stuff, too, which was a massive help.

To sum it up, Sarah is a gem. Now, thanks to her, we're all set with our Rocky Mountain View Property in Westcliff, Colorado. Can't wait to kick back and take in those mountain views! If you're looking for a real estate agent who's got your back, she’s your person.

Working with Sarah was - and continues to be - a wonderful experience.  We told her what we were looking for and what our budget was and she presented options that fit our criteria.  When we needed a break from the looking process, she gave us the space we needed to regroup and rethink.  She was always very responsive whether we called, texted or emailed. She gave us advice during negotiations and recommendations about inspectors.  After the sale she introduced us to a neighbor who helped us move some furniture and continues to be a great resource for professionals to work on the house.

Sarah ( and Brock) was so helpful and informative when we were looking for property in Westcliffe. We had never been to Westcliffe, so we chose her after a phone conversation, where she shared her connection to the area. We shared a few listings we liked and she found a few more that she thought we might like, based on our conversations. Sarah and Brock each spent a day with us, taking us to various properties, prepared with hiking boots, 4-wheel drive, and a really great GPS with property lines feature. We were able to see and walk the whole property with a clear picture of the entire lot. We learned about Westcliffe and the surrounding area as we spent time traveling to the properties. Whenever we had questions Sarah answered immediately, she thoroughly explained the process of buying property in the area, since we are not from the area and our experience has only been in the purchase of houses. Sarah helped us with contacts for a lot survey, a well test (Brock even picked up the sample and drove to a lab an hour away), and an insurance broker for the area. Sarah drove out to check the property and change the gate lock before our closing. I am grateful we found Sarah (and Brock) and I am certain they will continue to be a great resource as we build our home and life in Westcliffe.
