We love this training facility! Coach Matt has been great with my son and the results speak for themselves, he’s gained almost 1.5 mph of top-end speed in less than 2 months. Coach Erdman does an amazing job working with athletes of all ages. He has done an excellent job training my son who is a Division I football player, serving as the speed and strength coach for two of my boys while they played football at Poudre High School, to serving as the Fort Collins Outlaws Youth Tackle Football speed and conditioning coach for the last 2 seasons. Matt knows what he is doing and I’ve seen him do great things with all these groups.

Coach Erdman is a phenomenal coach with a wealth of knowledge in strength and speed training. He does a great job of creating programs built for what you need. I highly encourage athletes and adults especially first responders to get connected with Coach Erdman! The Train Heroic app is awesome for those doing programs remotely. It gives you videos of the exercises on top of Matt’s explanations.

Our middle school athlete was very excited after his first session. Matt's instruction and thoughtful communication led to our athlete learning about the science of running, jumping, balance, and more.
