We rented a large Dino bounce house for pre prom and the after party. They set up quickly and efficiently and were very conscientious about not breaking sprinkler heads and making sure everything was clean. I will rent from them every time. Thank you!!

We have been renting from Dizzy party rentals for the past 4 years and they are great. We had a hiccup last year and they were very quick to make it right. They have some super fun obstacle courses and the delivery guys are always very efficient.

Could not be more disappointed in the entire experience. I made my rental reservation over a month before my party date to make sure I could get the bounce house I wanted for my son’s birthday party. I was supposed to receive a phone call the day before providing delivery time. I never received a call even though my rental was scheduled to be set up the evening before the party.

On the morning of the party, I frantically started calling the office to see when my rental would be delivered. No one answered the phone, and the voicemail was full so I couldn’t even leave a message. I sent them an email, but wasn’t contacted until several hours later. I finally got through to someone via the google chat feature and was told “it should have been delivered yesterday”. They told me they would take care of me and have my rental delivered by the time the party started. 2 hours went by, so I reached out again to check on the status. I was told they were loading it up, and should be delivered by noon. Another hour goes by, and I get another text (at 12:45) saying they were on their way. They finally showed up about 1:15 and my party started at 2.

The bounce house I rented was worn out, and has definitely seen better days. There was only one air blower, so it was not very bouncy and we could only have 4-5 small children in it at a time. The ladder to climb up to the slide was so worn out, we had to have an adult in the bounce house the whole time to help kids climb up.

I think the icing on the cake though, was that they offered to let me keep it overnight at no extra charge, but then texted me about an hour after my rental was supposed to end asking if they could come and pick it up, as they forgot it was rented the next morning.

This company is so disorganized, is terrible at communicating, and the quality of the rental they provided was no where near worth the cost. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, and I have no idea how they have so many 5-star reviews.

We had a foam party with Dizzy’s Foam Inflatable and it was an absolute blast! There were some kinks along the way with the equipment but we managed to make it work and work it did! The owner Aaron was available and pleasant in all of our interactions regarding issues. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall it was a successful party and we appreciate Aaron’s response of crediting us for the inconvenience without us even asking for it. I think that’s a sign of a good owner who wants to keep your future business. Thank you so much!

Look elsewhere. We had a terrible experience with this company. Give me a setup window of 10-1 get a phone call at 1:30 saying they’ll be there asap. Our rental starts at 2. The young kid that showed up was great was set up by 2:30. Then he started to clean. This thing was disgusting. Probably had over 100 water ballon’s all over the inside covered in mud this thing was absolutely disgusting. The kid did what he could do for an hour into our rental. I told him I’d take care of it. So I jumped in with the shop vac and went to work. I cleaned for an hour to get it in an alright state for the kids to enjoy. Spoke to the owner about it and he said they would compensate me for the rental it’s been 10+ days and nothing so I figure I let some people know the truth about my experience. Look elsewhere.. it could potentially ruin your party.
