This is for Magic the Gathering specifically.

TL;DR: Good communication. Decent collection. A little overpriced.

If you want a list of cards fast and you don't mind paying a bit extra, Heros and Horrors would be a great choice!
However, it may not be the place for shoppers on a budget.
They have a great system for sending in a list of cards. For me, at least, they got back to me within the day for a list of 60+ cards.
They understandably didn't have all of them, but it was an impressive showing for one store.
The issue, for me, came with the pricing system.
I've seen worse. (A store I went to recently charged 50c per common and $1 per uncommon)
But I've also seen better. (A store I frequent matches online prices in addition to further discounts the more you buy.)

If you're looking for good fast and cheap. You'll have to settle for good and fast.

1-Star Review for Heroes and Horrors

Yet another local card shop scalping and gouging the Pokémon market and hobbyists alike. Charging over double MSRP is bad enough, but some items are priced nearly triple—which is just crazy. I understand a small upcharge and that the market is high, but these kinds of pricing practices push collectors away. I’d love to support local shops, but not when they take advantage of the community like this. I’ll be taking my business to GameStop.

This is probably my new favorite game store! They have so much selection and so many things to look at! The employees were both super nice and really cool, too. There is a WIDE variety of games and comics as well as honestly, the holy grail of anime, comic, and game figures. They have so much to look at! I will 100% be coming back here!
