OMG Gorgeous! OMG Beautiful! OMG Stunning! You can go on and on, but you keep using the same words. The whole town feels like a picturesque European ski town in Alps. Especially with hippie vibe, chill ambiance, you fall in love with this place instantly. No, people don't smoke joints in the streets to get high (perhaps some do some where I am sure). I could spend hours upon hours exploring this happy town and I wouldn't get bored. I kept telling my wife that I would buy a house here if I ever won a lottery 🙃 😅 Very expensive but truly a great ski town!

I had no idea this place was in walking distance from my hotel! It's so cute and so many little things around here and the ski lift is here also. There is also many restaurants and many shops.

Tremendous area to stay while I'm Vail. Walk to ski shops, the Gondola etc. Amazing area just as Vail Village. Lionshead is a bit smaller but both are connected by the free bus system.

We did our first skiing here, took class and our coach was very patient and we were able to do till level 3 in 2 hours. It was hard in the start but coach was very patient and it was great experience. Wish we were there for 2 more days, we could have learnt more.

Village is nice they have nice cafe right next to Vail sporting.

While Vail Village is the main village at Vail. Lionshead Village, a mile down the road, is also very nice as well. It's not as big as Vail Village but newer and nicer than 90% of all ski villages out there even though it's not the main attraction here. We visit Lionshead because it has a couple of nice restaurants that we like to frequent.

Another shopping area with stores, restaurants, rental services, as well as gondolas for visitors. There are several housing, hotels surrounding to serve visitors. Around end of October, the area is pretty much empty as the snow season is about to begin. The complimentary shuttle and bus make stop here to drop off or pickup visitors.
