Kylie Russell is AMAZING! She is such a hard worker and she goes above and beyond what is expected of her as a realtor. She helped my husband and I find our perfect home in 2014 and has delivered for us again in 2018. We are thrilled to have her sell our town home here soon because we know she will do a great job and we won’t have to worry about a thing! Based on my experience with LIV's Scott Petersen I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Scott's hubris was unparalleled and his incompetence with regard to comps essentially cost me my place to live after 8.5 years. His utter lack of real estate knowledge is evidenced by the fact he convinced the seller they could expect to get 33k over what they actually received. And when I suggested a reasonable price would be 220k I was swiftly dismissed as unknowledgeable.
The seller could have expected an immediate sale instead of having an empty property for 3 months if the listing price had been set accurately.
However, given that I was only 5k off the final sale price I'd like to offer my consultative services for your future comp needs.
