I personally love this store so much not only does this store sell really good merchandise for a reasonable price they also have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I say the best I mean the BEST. The workers there are so sweet and so helpful. Don’t get me started on the games. Although the games are used they are always in very good condition and are always sold at the best price. I highly recommend this store if you’re interested in purchasing used goods or anime merchandise.

Really wish I didn’t have to write this since I’ve followed “Lost Empire Games “ since they were “Hidden Village “ , I’ve take many friends there since they opened at the Yuma palms but unfortunately they always say something similar “ this is a pretty cool place and has a great atmosphere with the players except when it comes to the staff and main owners” excluding (Dom). I’ve tried giving the shop many chances over the years but my friends and I always leave with a bitter taste and tonight was one of those nights . Went in to try to play a game or two of magic and ended up joining my first draft which I thought was cool however after my first match ended I had a hiccup with my Mtg Companion app, so I went to the front to ask If they could help me with it and or just tell me who’d I be playing next , he said something which I didn’t understand and i asked again who’d I be playing against ( if i could remember the guys name I’d put in but i genuinely don’t remember it ) he lost his cool and told me that I wasn’t playing anyone and that I had beat the ghost player , i proceeded to state that I didn’t know what he had previously meant and that’s why I had asked again . I went back to the tables and packed up because I wouldn’t be able to play for the next round when it came up since I would have been out of time when the next round started. As I packed up the same staff member came around and proceeded to ask me what color style I was playing I responded and kept watching the group next to me while my time ran out , and at said time I proceeded to leave the store and the same staff member saw me out with a “ Thanks for joining the Draft “. Not gonna lie this put the seal on the coffin for me . I won’t be returning to the store which honestly sucks for me cuz that place is cool but it just isn’t worth it if the staff treats you poorly or like your an annoyance/eye sore .

I have been going to the store since they first opened. Since then the store has grown and improved. They always welcome everyone and help me with any questions I have. I love seeing the new figurines and funko pops they get.

Lots of Anime figurines. Lots of tables for game playing. Fun for game nights if interested. People there are friendly and nice. My kids love to shop there for gifts

Saw the reviews and was excited to stop in, but i was very disappointed in the service i was given. It was almost like i was a burden just being there and i could tell by the employees attitude. I will never step foot in the shop again.

Every time I walk into this shop I am enthusiastically greeted. It makes me feel valuable and it is so friendly.

I love the selection of MTG, especially the bulk boxes. The best part is, there is almost always someone there to play a pick-up game of Commander with.

This place is terrible. A complete rip off for trading in your used video games. went in yesterday and it took them an hour and 30 minutes to trade in 2 Nintendo DS consoles they are unprofessional. they do not know how to run a video game store. and all of their inventory is scratched and damaged. like come on clean your video games. and I thought GameStop was bad this place takes the cake.
