They certainly deserve one star. I was generous and deleted my review before, wanting to give the benefit of the doubt.

They are rude, unprofessional, and greedy. I watched as the prices on New Year's Day were raised by 40% on many items.

They don't value loyalty at all and have complete disregard for their customers. If you call with an issue, they will most certainly hang up on you if they don't want to deal with a genuine concern.

It is incredibly shortsighted to treat returning customers with such flagrant disrespect.

I wish I could say the quality of their products is worth tolerating their selfish behavior and ethics - but they don't have any. Sadly, on all fronts, they come up short.

Kia is amazing! She has the best customer service I have ever experienced! When I came in, she greeted me right away, and then came over to help me shop. She really took the time to find the best products to suit my needs and in my price point.

Extremely dishonest! These guys are crooks!!! I made a simple order on their website and then went to pick it up -- the price shown on the website was significantly less than what they wanted to charge me; so I just walked out and then did a delivery order with CBCB instead. It is just not worth the hassle to deal with these clowns!

Very nice inside, parking and a variety of flowers to choose from. They have flower in jars that let you smell the product. That's new to me, the atmosphere was great and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They have great prices if your on a budget.
