We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at the Sloomoo Institute, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. The interactive, hands-on activities kept us engaged the entire time. My daughters were in slime heaven—getting to mix, stretch, and play with so many different types of slime was the highlight of their day. The sensory experience was unlike anything we’ve ever done before!

The slime pools were a favorite, and the opportunity to customize and create our own slime was a unique touch. Every room offered something different, sparking creativity and laughter at every turn. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even more fun with their energy and attention to detail.

Sloomoo isn’t just for kids—parents can dive right into the fun too (which I definitely did)! This place is a perfect spot for a birthday celebration or just a family outing. We left with big smiles, great memories, and plenty of slime to take home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a playful, one-of-a-kind experience!

I recently visited with two kids, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. For $200, we anticipated an engaging and enjoyable time, but what we encountered was quite the opposite.

First and foremost, the staff seemed disinterested and bored. Some members exhibited noticeable attitudes that detracted from the overall atmosphere. It felt like they might have rather been anywhere else, which made us feel unwelcome.

Moreover, the environment lacked interaction, leading to moments of boredom throughout our visit. For an experience of this price, I expected more engagement and excitement. Perhaps implementing more interactive elements could greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

In summary, I believe the staff could benefit from a different approach or even a change in roles, as their current demeanor does not align with the vibrant experience one would hope for. I hope to see improvements in the future.

I have to say the lady making bubbles in my reviews she was very nice and probably the only person that seem to care about the guest.

The kids had a fun this playing with all sorts of slime and making their own. However we paid $430 for the 7 of us for the experience and it’s self paced. The kids got bored playing with the same station slime fairly quickly so we were only there for about 40 mins. Best part is creating your own slime. The kids definitely loved choosing a scene, texture, and color of their slime.

Okay, listen up, parents and slime enthusiasts – I’ve got the ultimate 7th birthday adventure for you! I took my son to this slime-tastic spot, and for just $23, he had the time of his life. We’re talking walking on slime (yes, WALKING ON SLIME), slinging it around, dancing as a full-on slime creature, and – wait for it – making his very own custom slime masterpiece. There were so many cool activities that the ticket price felt like a steal.

The custom slime-making? Absolute chef’s kiss. It was like the cherry on top of a gooey, squishy cake! Honestly, it made the whole experience feel next-level.

Now, a little PSA: we did try the extra slime dump experience, but my son said it felt more like a water dump. Fun? Sure. Worth the extra cash? Eh, probably not.

Bonus points for the big parking lot (stress-free parking, thank you) and the location – it’s right by the Houston IKEA. So, you know, hit up some slime and then grab those Swedish meatballs. Win-win!

We went with family for a day of fun with our neices. The place is a unique experience that both children and adults can enjoy. We did every activity. Most were fun. We did decide to "get slimed" in a slime shower. You take off shoes and socks, put on a hair cover, and a poncho. You then stand under a shower and have slime dumped on you. The shower was definitely fun. The slime was more like colored water. Afterward, they hose off your legs and feet. If we went again, I would skip this part. It's been five days, and I still have slime under my toenails..

Omg we had the most fun with Kelly, Stephanie and Henry!! Kelly’s personality is so welcoming, exciting and fun. She made the experience so much more exhilarating!! I definitely recommend paying for the SLIME DROP FALL!! It’s worth it!!

Gotta experience it but too pricey to go regularly. Instead of making the experience simpler, more inviting and variable, guests are herded and managed in a way that gets tedious after a couple of visits. The slimes are fun to play with, but unlike other indoor kid play spaces this is more of a structured science museum. Would be more fun if there were slime demos, a visible kitchen, ways to experiment, tools on the tables and the like. Not keeping waivers on file like other venues is annoying. Definitely skip the slime shower - not actual slime and more trouble than it's worth. Charms are fun for about two minutes before they interfere with your slime. Increasing prices to cover the significant overhead instead of improving and updating the experience will limit repeat visitors and the life expectancy of this unique concept. Their higher purpose is noble and no doubt appreciated but hard to build a business around. Wish them well. Enjoy.

Sloomoo was a fun activity. Our extended family took our kids during Christmas break and they all had a blast. The most fun interaction we had with any staff member was with Kelly where the kids can get slimed (if you pay for the experience). She was so enthusiastic and made the kids and adults laugh alike. That was the best way to end our experience at SlooMoo. It was a great way to spend a rainy day. I gave it 4/5 stars just because of the expense. I could see how this would be out of price point for many families.
