Watch out for Sandy the dealer!! I was playing cards having a great night, staff was super friendly all was well and then suddenly Sandy taps into deal. I was playing baccarat betting pandas and it suddenly hits! I’m thinking yay I win 25 to 1, but no, Sandy tells me I didn’t win and I didn’t bet the Panda. She then went on to gaslight me and say “I promise you didn’t bet the panda, don’t be cheating.” I was shocked, confused, all of. She was very dismissive, and I ended having to ask a supervisor to step in. Fortunately they checked the tapes and confirmed I hit the panda. They payed me out and all was well. I Feel very fortunate to have others on the staff look out for me. Great job management! I will be coming back for sure! Maybe Sandy just had a bad day but I would be weary of playing with her. I understand mistakes take place but being so quick to gaslight and put blame on customers is not a good look.

Parkwest Casino is my go to card room. It is clean and no smoking, a plus. $ 5.00 bets on all tables. Great dealers, very nice and hopeful. The food is also very good. They have 1/3 no limit poker on Friday nights. Check it out. In a nice quiet area of Rancho Cordova.

Stopped by several times over the last month for either lunch or an earlier dinner. Didn't partake in any of the gaming, but I did stroll through the card room - looked like a nice place to spend some time.
But, as stated earlier, I was there for the food and I wasn't disappointed. Tried the personal pizzas, ribeye, and a couple of other dishes recommended by the barkeeps; and, I wasn't disappointed.
Nice environment, good food and friendly service. I will return when I'm back in Rancho Cordova. Thanks Parkwest.

This place is A SCAM The bartender signed himself a tip for an equal amount that I paid for my food and tips … he literally stole my money my bill was around 60$ and he the charge on my card was for over 110$ DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE DO NOT GO here they will scam and rip u off as much as they can the casino is also rigged
