I used to love TapCart - they had great customer support and really cared about their clients. I run an agency that has signed up for more than 5+ Tapcart accounts and have collectively paid TapCart well over $100K+. We attempted to cancel a plan for one of our clients 6 months ago - we didn't notice there was an actual error when canceling - so upon seeing it on our statements we were surprised. At which time we went to go in and cancel again - where we were met with the same error.

When emailing them, they refused to refund the 6 months that:

A. We had literally attempted to cancel but there was an actual error in THEIR software inhibiting us to cancel.

B. There is zero activity in the 6 months in question.

I will be pulling my other clients from the platform and going with some of the other highly competitive options on the market now.

I had a staff member sign a 12 month lock in contract with Tapcart without my knowledge. I got in touch with Tapcart to let them know of this and wanted to end/cancel the contract as I had no idea a contract had been signed by a staff member. They were in no way helpful and said our only option was to stay in the contract paying thousands a month, or to pay out the entire contract to end it. We have now been sitting in a year long contract and it has been a huge lesson for me as a business owner.

We are taking legal actions against Tapcart! Had a chat with Bobby (VP of Customer Service), we will be releasing the full audio video conversion for everyone to watch. Along with every other conversion this team had with us. They stole about $12,000 USD from us. If you care for your company refund immediately for services not provided. It will cost you way more than $12,000 USD when our legal counsel is done with you.

Edit: It's 2024 September, and yet NO funds returned.

Just launched an app with Tapcart. Incredibly easy to use. I was able to design my app in an hour and they took care of the rest. Loved the service and support. They’re always available and respond quickly to all my questions. Once I saw the Fashion Nova app they launched I signed up right away. It’s world class!

Tiger Underwear

Held my hand from start to finish! I need to be spoon fed and TapCart did everything for me. I cannot be more satisfied with this company! Tiger Underwear is now ranked number one for underwear (check for yourself) in the Apple App and Google Play Store too. Tiger Underwear proudly display the two apps at the bottom of our online page. Finally there is the extra income that keeps coming in from these two apps that more than pays for the monthly charge.

The app is a great concept but customer support is terrible. Attention to detail is lacking at best. App was being tested live for push notifications, to my real customers. Issues with the app are still on going while its live and they dont bother responding to tickets. Great concept, just needs a more capable team.
