3 solid stars with no deal breakers, I would come back as long it's not stifling inside.

Lost 1 star: for way too hot for a cool down play area for kids. Would not come back again if it's hot inside again, kids don't seem to mind however not going to let my littles sweat profusely bc they are running with excitement. Myself included, extremely hot. It's 100 degrees, need a cool down area please.

Nice location, helpful staff and productive wiping things down, cleaning up after children.

Parents be responsible too, don't let them liter when you give them sweets.

Love that they wipe things down continuously.

Nice big structures TONS of things to do for all. Mommy and Daddys, family can play too, baby and toddler area. It's a maze!

Soft, gated play area for babies and toddlers.

Equipment very much needs attention and maintenance, Another star lost:

The air pump shooters, way cool... but only 2 out of the 8 worked, only 6 balls available to play with.

Play houses in the toddler area, doors cracked and accidents waiting to happen for fingers to get caught.

Air ball sensory play does not hold the balls up as it should.

Not deal breakers, but everything either in working order or have a maintenence sticker acknowledgement that you know it's in need.

Check in is very easy, socks are available, lots of seating and area to eat with the available Cafe. Pizza's popcorn your typical junk food for a good time.

Ticket redemption games, prizes are knick knacks, not worth or easy to get especially higher priced ones. It's baby, toddler and big kid. Feel like there needs to be an adjustment in prizes and ticket worth.

If you're in the area, it's a nice place to play for an hour, burn off energy. There's a limit to help with crowds and they match kids with wrist bands with parents. No escaping children.

I recommend with the pros and cons.

Places like these can always be cleaner imo, I'd be happier to see employees inside the structures wiping things down.

Best of luck parents, be responsible and respectful too.

Have been bringing my kid here since I moved to riverside. It is a solid indoor playground. Every time I go, it is clean and maintained. They have disposable booties for the bathroom which is great! My daughter loves playing and gets exhausted after 2 hrs. The food is okay, can be a little overpriced especially if you get snacks. You're better off just getting a whole pizza.

Came with my wife n son. Best day ever. Makes for the best memories for you and your children. The place is constantly being cleaned by dedicated staff. The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, and utmost professional!

Luv 2 Play in riverside area is the biggest indoors arena in the area, it is suitable for all ages, even grownups enjoy the time there, staff do a very good job in monitoring kids and in keeping the place extremely clean and hygienic specially in Covid times, there is a food court with varieties of pizza, chicken tenders, French fries and fountain drinks, the fees for 2 hours are 14.99 and they allow birthday parties and celebrations, if you don’t wear a socks you will probably need to buy one from there, luv 2 play offers membership as well. It is a very nice place to go with the family, kids love it

Great place to bring kids! Family friendly, great staff and friendly environment. Three different play structure for all ages! My grand kids had a blast!

We have the membership. My kids love to go and play and the pizza is really good in our opinion. Pretty well kept clean and I feel my kids are safe running around as the gate to go out the play area is locked and a worker has to open it and the check wrist bands to ensure the kids matches the adult before leaving.

Great place for kids to go jump around and burn some energy. However, if you're thinking about having a party here, save your money. Not worth it!
Just pay for your guests and buy some food. My experience was less than professional and very impersonal. I booked the premium packed and open floor for 3 hours, but we were only allowed in the open floor for 2 hours. Barely saw my party host. Not worth $1,400. 00
