I love that I can run my business in one central location. I can easily manage all my clients, projects, and calendars. Creating and sending quotes, contracts, and invoices is a breeze. One of the best features is workflows. This allows me to automate my processes and enhance my client experience. I also love using the 17hats app on my phone. I can easily check on a client or send a document on the go in minutes. I also love that I can connect my bank accounts and do all my bookkeeping within 17hats. The reports they have are so helpful! It organizes my client's contact, lead, email, images, send quote, contract and invoice all in one and you can automate some steps to save you time and repetitive work! I am especially grateful to Aaron who helped me with IT issues with email and he not only helped what I need but went out of his way to fix other issues to improve on my web browsers and MailChimp! WOW. I was blown away with his knowledge and service. I started with chatting, and we scheduled a zoom call so he can address issues more personally. Best customer experience I have ever had!
