If you are looking for a professional and honest repair man for your computer, Martin at Computer Idiot is the person you want to have looking at your computer. I broke off my headphone jack in my laptop and was looking for someone that could help me and do the repair. I took my laptop to Martin to have him look at it. He explained to me what he would need do to fix the problem, and he gave me another alternative that I could do in order to be able to use the headphone again. Martin didn’t have to give me that alternative and could have fixed the laptop and charged me for the repair but he didn’t. I felt so happy that he was so honest and saved me money. I highly recommend Martin for someone you can trust with your repairs. Thank you Martin.

Martin took care of me, and was completely transparent. He offered me an option to solve my issue myself for free, but I'm a bit of an idiot with this stuff (Hence why I showed up!). The turnaround was extremely fast, issue was solved, and the process was smooth as butter. All of the airflow vents were even cleaned up.

I hope I don't have any other technical problems, but if I do, I know who I'm trusting to fix them. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks a bunch, guys.

This place is the bomb. I needed data transferred to an external hard drive. Time was of the essence. Martin went above and beyond!!!. He could of easily said it could take a couple days due to their work load but had it ready the very next day! I am so appreciative and can't thank him enough. Thank you again Martin!!!

Amazing customer service that took me back to the good ol days when we mainly dealt with “mom and pop” shops. As a true father and son operation I can say that this duo went above and beyond my expectations. You may pay a few extra dollars for some services compared to farmed out corporate operations, but you get what you pay for. They are also one of only a few operations that are open on a Saturday, a big plus for someone that is very busy Monday-Friday.

Martin was the best! He repaired in 2 days what DELL couldn't do in over 2 months!!!!
I was in need of help with a computer with I purchased through dell with their gold extended services (almost as much as computer). They messed up the computer, to the point of needing all new components. then they added windows 10 in the wrong format that was not compatible with computer. I took this computer to Martin and he got it up and running with no problem. He is truly a master of technology. He completed the work and had my computer up and running in 2 days.
NOTE - we spent over 2 months with of phone calls with DELL and had 2 separate computer techs from DELL out and had to send computer in for repairs (took 2 weeks) and computer still didn't work.

Great family run business, Martin and Nicolas were a huge help, If you are one of those people who don’t know a lot about computers even if you do, these guys will go the extra mile to help solve your issue. They try to help you solve the problem first, and tell you a few things to try before you leave your computer as a last resort. They did a great job. I have a gaming desktop computer, I had a issue that I couldn't solve and they fixed it. I strongly recommend these guys, go check them out!
