These people try to charge a person 3 times the rent and deposit. It is against the law to do that as of July 1, 2024. For a studio apt they've had listed for several months which cost $625.00 a month he wanted you to have up to $1,900.00 per month income! I've paid more than that for rent in NY and never had to go through this garbage. Stay clear greedy and selfish, don't care about people, just care about money.

I have been renting from Exit Realty for the last 6 years and never once have I thought about looking elsewhere. Jay and his team are very caring and have exceptional customer service. They are extremely courteous and attend to any needs we may have. They have reasonable rent pricing and check in monthly to make sure the property is being well maintained by the landscaper.

The only reason we haven’t moved out is because we haven’t found the forever home my wife and I plan on purchasing from this great team!

Don’t waste your time with this company, called multiple times to check out a vacant apartment got told to apply first. I applied payed the fees and everything for them to tell me they could no longer show us the apartment because it wasn’t a for sure thing, told us they were only showing it to people who really wanted it. How am I supposed to agree to something I haven’t even seen? FYI They don’t refund…
