Great Magic selection and the best pricing in the area. Service is great (Jared and Kelly are usually around and happy to chat) and the space in the back is super accommodating. There's also LOTS of stuff for mini painting, comics, ttrpgs, and other tcgs.

I didn’t expect this during my first visit to a comics book store, but it was an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the shelves were packed with awesome finds. All I can say is, this place is popular place!

Love coming here! Friendly, helpful and reliable service. I probably spend too much here. If you miss out on some issues, Jeremy helps order whatever you need. Everything is clean and organized. You get familiar, personal help when needed. Staff know great recommendations for comics and table top games. They offer groups rooms to play campaigns of those games. They have great activities for holidays like a Krampus party, even Free Comic Book Day! You will find what you need and enjoy the time spent there.

My original review was 5 stars, but I no longer feel they deserve that. After some time of supporting this shop for its decent staff and Pokemon product, I’ve decided to no longer shop here due to their new scalper-level pricing. They used to sell packs for reasonable prices, but they recently got a restock in and they doubled, nearly tripled, prices of what they got in. Most of these packs can be found at vending machines for $4.50 and except for 151 and Prismatic, other shops sell them for close to msrp. Even for 151 and Prismatic this shop is WAY over market and out of tune with what other places price them at. Almost $20 for ONE Prismatic pack is pure greed. Not too long ago I landed a Prismatic etb from a vending for msrp. If I spent that same money here for single packs of Prismatic, I’d walk out holding two packs. TWO. I don’t shop at Mad Rat, but even THEY have lower prices and that’s really saying something.

They’ll probably deflect this as they’ve done before and blame their distributors or whatever, but I just can’t be bothered to hear it out anymore. I appreciated how they handled some issues and product releases, but them selling out is such a red flag and I don’t believe in supporting places like this who preach community then turn around and price gouge. Between that, the extremely low trade in value, the horribly priced few singles in the case, and the general lack of pulls from their products— I’m out.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had in a hobby shop. They were so attentive and friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me with things I didn't understand. They offered to find me things if they didn't have it in shop and gave me amazing advice to make my games better. If I ever need anything comic or card related I have no problem driving from Magnolia to here every time.

First time going and bought a couple of graphic novels. It's good comic book store if you read comics; decent collection. However no sales on their old stuff sucks. Usually stores offers discounts on comics that came out 15+ years ago. Also the guy that check out us was eating a burger, so kind of nasty that he just wiped his hands on his pants and then handle my books.

Nice well-rounded stock of games, comics, and other nerd paraphernalia. Staff was super friendly and educational, definitely not gatekeepers. Even though it's a bit of a drive for us, this is going to be our new game store.
