Good for business telephone number calling, text, and voicemail. Beneficial for not having to give out your personal number and using this as a substitute contact number. Customer service support is helpful also.

What is the purpose of having a customer support number if it just constantly reroutes you and instructs you to send an email or worse an online chat. those things are very time consuming and labor intensive no customers like it and an inconvenience customer is more likely to find a different service.
