I like that this location is clean. It does seem to have the best prices for gasoline in the area. I use my T-Mobile app to get a 10 cent per gallon discount. Also when ever I need to run my car thru the car wash they give a 5 cent off per gallon for using it. The carwash works pretty good, even when selecting the basic $8 car wash. I have also come here to purchase propane for my grill and of course Slurpees!

I ordered a pizza earlier this evening though the 7-11 app for pickup, which I have done many times at this location with no problems. When I arrived, the employees (Jeremy and a woman whose name I didn’t get) told me that my pizza had already been picked up by someone else. I asked them to make me another pizza, since mine was given away. They refused to replace the pizza, because they claim to have checked the phone of the person who stole my pizza and the information was correct. When I said that this would not be possible, Jeremy advised me that it was, “not his problem” and he threatened to call the police to make me leave the store. Seeing they I wasn’t going to be treated fairly as a customer, I left and ordered another pizza at the Pomona location. The store employees were irresponsible to give my pizza to someone else and instead of making me another one, they lied about verifying the pickup code, and they told me it’s not their problem that someone else picked up my pizza. I would recommend that you avoid this location, since there are several others in the area. Unfortunately, my credit card was already charged when I submitted the order on the application, so it will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. The amount of money is insignificant, but I am very upset about how I was treated by immature employees at this location.

7-Eleven @Diamond bar & Palomino next to Taco Bell. Stopped for gas and restroom. I asked the cashier to use the restroom, and he said it was closed. He had to turn his spotify down on the store's surround sound to hear me ask because he was sitting down on his phone and couldn't hear me. I asked him where he uses the restroom? He said he goes outside! That is the person making your coffee. No hand washing either, if I were to believe the person doesn't use the restroom all night. He said they lock it at 5, and his shift starts at 6. I didn't get gas here, went across the street to Chevron, and got cheaper price. Plus, I used the public restroom first. #osha

Walked into this place, no greeting or welcoming from cashier Daniel due to his nose being planted in his phone. Went to back and got my water and went to pay and after standing their a few aeconds, I stuck my water out bar code up. He scared and told me my price and after paying told me ur good to go. Thanks for being a great money taker and kicker outter!

Today we went to go purchase some candy for my son and we had purchased like nine things. The man charge me and I ask him if I can have a bag he said $.10 I said OK you should probably ask someone that before you finish charging them. I paid the $.10 with my card. He bagged everything and then through the masks on top of the bag. I told him he was rude he talked over me and asked for the next person in line again I said you are rude and again he talked over me and ask for the next person in line ignoring me. This is horrible customer service!!! I normally go to the 7-Eleven off of Sunset Crossing and the diamond bar Boulevard. Lesson learned. I didn’t get the guys name but he was an older gentleman who is Asian.

Update: the young asian cashier I mentioned earlier is for some reason targeting my husband and I and attempting to invite some kind of argumentative exchange so he can tell us were no longer welcome to shop at this location. I purchase items from this location up to two times per day. He started off demanding I open the microwave to see what I was doing and hovering with arms crossed to tell me to clean up my mess, has shouted at me to hurry up etc. Then the second we step out the door he follows and shouts get out of here right now! while we're unlocking the bicycles. I'm an educated 57 year old mother of three and I also happen to have Aspergers Syndrome as well as complex PTSD. Now I do not really wish to go into detail regarding this young mans abysmal behavior however I ended up having an autistic meltdown the other night after being threatened by him and this afternoon he did something that is probably illegal and was reduced to tears. Nobody should have to be worried about this from any store they go into to purchase items. Seriously there is something wrong with this fellow.

I go to this location several times a week. I have come to know a few of the currently unhoused folks who are also regular customers and have witnessed first hand the extremely rude and descriminatory treatment of these kind and gentle folks. A person's current situation as far as housing is concerned should never be a reason to treat them any less than human beings. I've seen them be treated as if they were criminals. I've been in that same situation due to health issues and the economy and know the feeling. The funny thing is, is that these pretentuos cashier's cave no idea that some of these people are very highly educated and they treat them like they're stupid and the young Asian fellow has actually called my friend a loser and said he was going to punch him. One other guy dropped a bill in the ground by the register and went back in to get it, they denied seeing it while laughing and told him "we're not going to check the video for some homeless guy". Being a former business owner I'd say that's grounds for termination. It was a middle eastern young lady who mishandled that situation. It makes me sad that people think they are better than others even though they are just cashier's.

7eleven on diamond bar and palomino is the best one in all of Diamond Bar!! Open 24 hours. They are combined with a Shell gas station which keeps my truck running with 91 octane V-power babyyyy!! Ive ahopped around and their gas is ALWAYS priced lower than any other gas station in the area. Fun and Friendly staff, each one of them has personality and actually care to help you get what you need quickly so you can get going. Ive never waited more than 90 seconds in line. The night shift guys are so energetic. The girls in the morning are always sweet and friendly. They always keep fresh coffee and hott food stocked. And Ive never, I mean Never seen a cleaner gas station bathroom! They got an atm inside and also have a carwash available. Life hack: ask about them turning on the air compressor and you can save your quarters. Im impressed everything always works there. They take Apple pay Google pay and Samsung pay.
