Alison and Mike were awesome. I went there for a transfer and they made the process quick and easy. They were also nice enough to hold the gun for me while i was away on a family emergency. I would highly recommend. Great service, very reasonable transfer fee and awesome selection of guns and services.

This company has multiple reasons why I will never go there again. Mostly they don’t care about there customers at all. You take there class and half the class the teacher ( Mike) he’s in the store talking with the employees at the range during the time that you are paying them for. They make you go to a certain range that is easier for them. Then you waste your gas money and time going to these ranges and they don’t show up. They tell you a time to meet at there store and no one is there, and just show up to the store whenever they feel like it. I was waiting with other people outside the store that said they were told to meet there an hour ago. And we both had to call them to come in to work. They make excuses that are definitely lies on everything they mess up. Very unprofessional business and horrible experience.

Be happy you checked the reviews before going here cause I didn’t. Worst experience I have ever had. Dealing with these con artist at this store. They will take your money faster than you can blink. And never deliver what they promised. Con-man Mike and con-woman Alison are unprofessional, have no Integrity, and try to blame the customer when they screw up. I will never go within a hundred feet of that building again.

Great People , always willing to help. Very knowledgeable. Teaches concealed carry classes. Builds custom rifles, specialty coatings and more. Great place to transfer a firearms to, seemless and easy! I have been going there for years.

Staff is awesome and helpful. Had a few gun transfers through them, and their transfer cost is the cheapest I've come across. My mom's also going to take their CCW class, which is going to be one on one (she loves that). I believe their main line of business is making custom rifles, which is probably why their shop is by appointment only. Their gunsmith is very knowledgable; I had an issue with a piston AR I had transferred, he was able to help no problem. All in all, I had a great experience with them over the course of a good number of transactions.

Amazing firearm shop and people. I ordered my pistol online and had it shipped to 411 Tactical to complete my FFL transfer, Alison had her paperwork portion already completed and was waiting on the table for me before I even walked in the door. Filling out the rest of the paperwork and waiting on background results took less than a few minutes. 411 Tactical is an amazing firearm store that offers everything that you may ever need, and more. After my paperwork was complete, she even helped me make an appointment to finalize my CWP paperwork ASAP. Mike knows his firearms well and worked on my AR-15 for me and is an amazing guy. I highly recommend this store for any firearm needs!
