We had a horrible experience with this place. We bought 5 pounds of pastor meat and it was complete mush, we had bought this same meat 2 days before and it was fine but this time we got mush. We went the next day to try to explain the whole situation and they said that we didn't buy the meat from there and that we came back with meat from somewhere else and they refused to give us the same amount of meat in return, manager was very rude and had a disgusting attitude. 0/10 customer service, avoid this place.

Si lo tuve que tomar porque el dinero no me lo iban a regresar obvio tuve que tomar la carne tienes un mal modo de atender el teléfono y atender a los clientes en persona si no te gusta tu trabajo quédate en tu casa y que tu marido te atienda.

I was the one that showed up today, when you guys actually give out meat it’s amazing but when you guys sleep on the job and give your customers mush it’s not so great, maybe if you guys payed more attention you wouldn’t have such horrible complaints. Also here’s a comparison of the meat you gave me today vs yesterday , happy holidays 😃

I don't recommend going to this place. I'm starting a "DONT BUY HERE BOYCOTT "
Poor sanitary practices, bad produce, no quality and what's worse, the lady owner operator is super rude and don't care for clients. The lady with all the gold bracelets is only interested in our money and not our satisfaction. Please don't go here, we deserve better, our money deserves better.

Wrinkly manager Rosa or rosy very unprofessional literally should not even be a manager, poor customer service. Meat is disgusting employee didn't have gloves on while attending me and I asked why he didn't have any on. Was told manager punished them because they were using TOO MANY gloves? Walked out of there immediately will NEVER go back. BEWARE STAY AWAY .
