Stay Away!! They are crooks, horrible company, horrible platform. They promised us the world and in the implementation process i realized they don't have what we are looking for so i asked for cancellation and a refund, Never refunded my money. I never used the program because it was not even implemented fully yet. They stole over six thousand dollars from us and refused to refund.

My experience with 3PL has been less than professional since the beginning. The staff and managers have been nothing but incompetent and no one seems to have any idea what is going on. Any time I have ever called in for help I have been met with the answer "I don't know." We have had help tickets go unanswered and every member of your team seems eager to get rid of you. They are annoyed that you expect them to do their job. Go to Synapse, or just rely on the McDonald's ice cream machine (It has better up time) .

3PL has chosen to ignore our constant please at some kind of fix for their absolutely abysmal system. So I will just leave reviews everywhere instead. Maybe then, just maybe then, we will get our first answer from them. For those who wish to know; We submitted a support ticket in July of 2021 that is still open to this day (August 25th 2022). They also consistently go down and cause orders to go into limbo or bomb out. You'll be blocked from seeing some of your own orders, and they continue to update it to look "sleek" while massacring all practical use to make it just look good. If you want a useless interface that looks organized but can't actually help you in anyway, this is for you! You spend 3 hours trying to pack 1 order in the correct box and another 3 hours talking to every single human in their facility before you realize that none of them actually know what's going on. Imagine speaking to 15+ reps in one day and no one can give you an answer. Now imagine this is 6 months later and there is still no answers or anyone to talk to. Now imagine it's been 15 months and still no one who can help. That's the 3PL experience.

Shocked to see the low stars and negative feed backs. I can not say I share the same thoughts and comments about 3PL Central. Our company use 3PL daily and for several of our clients. The system works great and have a designated support CS Team that is helpful and find solutions for when it doesn't.

Once of the WORST experiences with a WMS.

Initial implementation was to begin in October of 2017 and in January of 2018 full implementation of this system had yet to take place. I was told or sold on that fact that many things could be accomplished by the 3PL team and in fact they have not been performed as stated.

We were told during our live demos that all the data could be taken by 3PL programmers from the iTracker system we were currently using and dumped in to the new system, that did not happen and we had to manually input all the new information. We were also told that the QuickBooks integration was extremely simple and would be taken care of by the 3PL team, and that did not happen. I was forwarded the incorrect QWC file, had to have my outside IT person come in and spend three hours just getting that set up and was then sent a 73 page integration to do the rest of the integration on my own.

Here is their response:

"The annual commitment, which was signed by ..........., is not based on customer activity or successful implementation"

I find it odd that they really don't care if their product works, just that you sign a contract and agree to pay them regardless of their customer care of implementation team.

Stay away!! This program does not work! The support has admitted that they have no idea what they are doing and managers continue to be perplexed as they have no idea what the system does! They are clueless to what their own system is built for. We have 3 months into orders not feeding through, and 14 months into their high volume system being inoperable. You'll be better off working out of a spreadsheet then with anything this "company" has to offer.
